Score: Time to complete each set of 4 rounds
Goal: 5-8 Minutes
Suggested weight:
Men: 35lbs Dumbbells or 75lbs Barbell
Women: 20lbs Dumbbells or 55lbs Barbell
Choose a weight that allows you to continuously move but will be a struggle in the end. This can be done with a barbell or dumbbells. We prefer dumbebells cause Alex loved his set of toy dumbbells. Your score is the time to complete each set of 4 rounds. Go hard and send this one for Alex. Then see if you can do it again at the same pace. As always, scale appropriately.
This workout is to honor Alex and all the other children who have passed away from cancer. Think of those heroes when you are struggling to complete the reps and rounds.
